We were born at the end of 2021 from the restlessness with the proximity to the tipping point in the deforestation of the Amazon rainforest<\/a>\u00a0and its serious consequences.<\/p>

In the early years, Lib\u00e9lula dedicated itself to AmazoniaHack<\/a>, an international open innovation program co-created with the Earth Hacks \/ Rooted Futures Lab<\/a>, to contribute to the conservation of the Amazon.<\/p>

Across four editions in a virtual and bilingual format (Portuguese and English), the initiative has already brought together more than 100 participants from 20 countries, working on challenges presented by organizations such as Ibama, Imazon\/MapBiomas, IPAAM, ICV, Nusoken (Sater\u00e9-Maw\u00e9), Green Bug, and Meninas da Geo (IFPA).<\/p>

In 2025, we initiated an incubation model for the solutions developed at Amaz\u00f4niaHack, supporting the advancement of an open-source digital solution for environmental field inspection, developed by Moiru AI<\/a> in partnership with Imazon<\/a> and Fundo Vale.<\/p>

Now, Lib\u00e9lula is beginning to expand its operations, putting this experience and its diverse network at the service of organizations and individuals seeking to broaden perspectives and create more conscious responses to complex socio-environmental and organizational challenges.<\/p>

Marina Assis Tavares holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV-SP and has international certifications in Regenerative Leadership (Regenerators Academy), Group Facilitation (Art of Hosting), and Social Innovation (Amani Institute).<\/p>

With 15 years of experience at the intersection of communication, innovation, and socio-environmental impact, with previous roles at Nestl\u00e9, United Way Brazil, and the Black Jaguar Foundation, where she\/he\/they brokered partnerships to enable the planting of 1 million trees along the Araguaia River.

She is the founder of Lib\u00e9lula, a consulting firm that combines strategy, creativity, and innovation for socio-environmental impact, and the co-idealizer of Amaz\u00f4niaHack, a virtual and international technology marathon focused on the conservation of the Amazon.<\/p>

It combines strategic communication, sensitive listening, and systemic thinking to facilitate dialogues, generate powerful ideas, and connect different perspectives, organizations, and sectors in the construction of solutions to complex challenges.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
